I've been selecing the photographic artwork for a government website for about a year now. I've selected about 100 images in all. Sound easy? You've never worked on a government website that requires approval from multiple parties, needs an incredible amount of diversity in the models, and tackles a bunch of issues that don't lend themselves to easy imagery.
