task Discovery Analysis and Kickoff Meeting

Began the discovery process for my new information architecture gig with the National WIC Association (NWA) — Provided the discovery survey for NWA staff and analyzed the responses. At the project kickoff meeting, I presented to NWA's staff about the findings, as well as additional information learned from an analysis of their website analytics and a recent survey of their membership.
