Developed an improved, flexible and streamlined return/refund process for transactions for the National WIC Association's payments management system. The new functionality works across all transactions and payments in their system including purchases related to event registrations, exhibitor registrations, membership payments, and more. Ensured the updated maintined proper financial and accounting integrity across several payments and revenue reports.
